  Reliability and ease of use have made the inductive proximity switch the sensor of choice for numerous applications in automation and robotics. These switches can detect any metal and are highly insensitive to harsh industrial environments such as dirt, dust, humidity and oil. An LED indicator enables quick determination if the sensor is working. The open collector can be either NPN or PNP design.
